FUNCIONES

LLAMADA A VIVIENDA

Las visitas pueden llamar a la vivienda deseada tanto desde una Entrada General como desde una Entrada de Bloque. Es posible utilizar números (0-9) y letras (A-H)

Entrada General: Las visitas deberán marcar 1 a 3 dígitos, correspondientes al número de bloque, seguido de 4 dígitos correspondientes al número de vivienda. Si por ejemplo la vivienda a llamar es la nº 10H del bloque 3, deberá marcarse 3010H.

Entrada de Bloque: Las visitas deberán introducir únicamente 1 a 4 dígitos correspondientes al número de vivienda. Si por ejemplo la vivienda a llamar es la nº 2B deberán marcar 2B.

AGENDA

Las visitas también podrán realizar llamada mediante la búsqueda del nombre del vecino en el directorio electrónico. El directorio tiene una capacidad de 10.000 usuarios (nombre y número de vivienda). La gestión de la agenda se realiza mediante el webserver integrado.

LLAMADA A CONSERJERIA

Si alguna visita o vecino necesita asistencia del conserje, puede realizar llamada desde placa (general o de bloque) a cualquiera de las conserjerías. que tengan asignadas. Es posible asignar a cada placa hasta 2 de entre las 98 conserjerías posibles.

RELES ADICIONALES

Es posible instalar hasta 4 relés adiciones (se requiere un módulo Ref. 1491).
Los vecinos podrán abrir puertas adicionales (garajes, pasillos, etc.) cuando reciban alguna llamada desde alguna de las entradas a su bloque. También es posible asociarlos a cámaras IP CCTV.

ACCESO MEDIANTE CODIGO PIN

Es posible definir hasta 8 códigos de acceso (pin), para que los usuarios puedan abrir la puerta. Estos códigos pueden ser de 4 a 6 dígitos y son gestionados mediante el webserver de la propia placa.

ACCESO MEDIANTE RECONOCIMIENTO FACIAL

Los vecinos autorizados pueden ser identificados con solo colocarse delante de la placa
y pulsar el icono de reconocimiento facial. La puerta se abrirá automáticamente. Para dar las altas se requiere
del uso del software de gestión MEET.

ACCESO MEDIANTE LECTOR DE PROXIMIDAD

La placa incluye un lector de tarjetas Mifare, y puede controlar hasta 100.000 tarjetas. También es posible conectar a la placa lectores o controladores de terceros, que utilicen el protocolo Wiegand 26B La gestión de las tarjetas se realiza mediante el software de gestión MEET.

CAMARAS IP

Es posible configurar hasta 4 cámaras IP para que puedan ser utilizadas como cámara auxiliar de cualquier monitor de un mismo bloque.
Estas cámaras servirían para visualizar un ángulo de visión diferente (cámara aérea) o hacer un seguimiento de las visitas, a través de
pasillos o áreas comunes de la urbanización.

STREAMING DE VIDEO

Es posible la transmisión constante de la cámara de la placa mediante protocolo RTSP, para poder ser utilizado por dispositivos de terceros
(videograbadores y/o cámaras CCTV de seguridad). No es posible enviar video RTSP y hacer reconocimiento facial simultáneamente.

ANTISABOTAJE

La placa está protegida frente a actos vandálicos (intentos de desmontaje). En el caso en que la placa sea separada de su ubicación enviaría
una alarma a las conserjerías asociadas y al software de gestión MEET.

FUNCTIONALITY

CALL TENANT

Visitors can call the desired tenant from the General Entry or the Block Entry. It is possible to use numbers (0-9) and letters (A-H)

General Entry: Visitors need to enter from 1 to 3 digits block number followed by a 4 digits apartment number. For example, if the addressee lives in block 3 apartment 10H, the visitor shall enter: 3010H

Block Entry: Visitors need to enter from 1 to 4 digits apartment number. For example, if the addressee lives in apartment 2B, the visitor shall enter the code 2B.

ELECTRONIC DIRECTORY

It is possible the visitors call tenants by means of selecting them on the electronic directory. The directory has a capacity of 10.000 users (name and apartment number). The agenda is managed by means of the integrated webserver and can be import/export using a .csv format file.

CALL TO GUARD UNIT

If the visitor or tenant needs to be assisted, they are able to call up to two Guard Units that can be defined at each panel. This call can be made from both General Entry and Block Entry. Up to 98 different guard units can be called (9901...9998)

ADDITIONAL RELAYS

It is possible to add up to 4 additional relays. (One Module Ref.1491 is required). Tenants can then open additional doors (garage, corridors, etc.), when called from any panel in their block or main entrance. These relays can be linked to CCTV IP cameras.

PIN CODE ACCESS CONTROL

It is possible to define up to 8 access codes (pin) for the users can open the door. Codes can have 4 to 6 digits long and may be changed through the integrated webserver.

FACE RECOGNITION ACCES CONTROL

Using the FACE RECOGNITION icon, the tenants can be identified in the front of the panel, and then the door can be opened. MEET Management Software is required to load face IDs

PROXIMITY ACCESS CONTROL

Integrated Mifare card reader that controls up to 100.000 cards. MEET Management Software is required to load face IDs. In addition, the panel can be connected, to third party access control units through Wiegand 26 protocol.

IP CAMERAS

It is possible to configure up to 4 IP cameras that can be used as an auxiliary camera from all the monitors installed in the same block. These
cameras can be used to change to a different view angle or for tracking visitors through the corridors or common areas in the condominium.

VIDEO STREAMING

RTSP video stream can be constantly sent to NVR or third-party system so that the panel camera can be used as a regular CCTV camera
for surveillance purposes. RTSP video stream and face recognition cannot work simultaneously.

FUNKTIONALITÄT

MIETER ANRUFEN

Besucher können den gewünschten Mieter aus dem General Entry oder dem Block Entry anrufen. Es können Zahlen (0-9) und Buchstaben (A-H) verwendet werden

General Entry: Besucher müssen eine 1- bis 3-stellige Blocknummer eingeben, gefolgt von einer 4-stelligen Wohnungsnummer. Wenn der Adressat beispielsweise in Block 3, Wohnung 10H wohnt, muss der Besucher eingeben: 3010H

ELEKTRONISCHES VERZEICHNIS

Es ist möglich, dass die Besucher die Mieter anrufen, indem sie sie im elektronischen Verzeichnis auswählen. Das Verzeichnis hat eine Kapazität von 10.000 Benutzern (Name und Wohnungsnummer). Die Agenda wird über den integrierten Webserver verwaltet und kann über eine Datei im .csv-Format importiert/exportiert werden.

WACHEINHEIT ANRUFEN

Wenn der Besucher oder Mieter Hilfe benötigt, kann er bis zu zwei Wächtereinheiten rufen, die an jedem Panel definiert werden können. Dieser Anruf kann sowohl von General Entry als auch von Block Entry getätigt werden. Bis zu 98 verschiedene Pförtnerstellen können angerufen werden (9901...9998)

ZUSÄTZLICHE RELAIS

Es können bis zu 4 zusätzliche Relais hinzugefügt werden. (Ein Modul Ref.1491 ist erforderlich). Die Mieter können dann zusätzliche Türen (Garage, Korridore usw.) öffnen, wenn sie von einem beliebigen Panel in ihrem Block oder Haupteingang gerufen werden. Diese Relais können mit CCTV-IP-Kameras verbunden werden.

PIN-CODE-ZUGANGSKONTROLLE

Es können bis zu 8 Zugangscodes (PIN) definiert werden, mit denen die Benutzer die Tür öffnen können. Codes können 4 bis 6 Ziffern lang sein und können über den integrierten Webserver geändert werden.

GESICHTSERKENNUNG ZUGANGSKONTROLLE

Anhand des Symbols GESICHTSERKENNUNG können die Mieter im vorderen Bereich des Panels identifiziert und anschließend die Tür geöffnet werden. Zum Laden von Gesichts-IDs ist die MEET Management Software erforderlich

NÄHERE ZUGANGSKONTROLLE

Integrierter Mifare-Kartenleser, der bis zu 100.000 Karten kontrolliert. Zum Laden von Gesichts-IDs ist die MEET Management Software erforderlich. Darüber hinaus kann das Panel über das Wiegand 26-Protokoll mit Zutrittskontrolleinheiten von Drittanbietern verbunden werden.

IP-KAMERAS

Es ist möglich, bis zu 4 IP-Kameras zu konfigurieren, die von allen im selben Block installierten Monitoren als Hilfskamera verwendet werden können. Diese Kameras können verwendet werden, um in einen anderen Blickwinkel zu wechseln oder um Besucher durch die Korridore oder Gemeinschaftsbereiche in der Eigentumswohnung zu verfolgen.

VIDEO STREAMING

Der RTSP-Videostream kann ständig an den NVR oder das System eines Drittanbieters gesendet werden, sodass die Panel-Kamera als normale CCTV-Kamera verwendet werden kann zu Überwachungszwecken. RTSP-Videostream und Gesichtserkennung können nicht gleichzeitig funktionieren.
